My passion lies in helping people live their best lives. I love guiding my clients through their fitness journey, almost as much as I love working out myself.
As a Dartmouth graduate and former dual sport D-1 athlete, I work to bring a well-rounded athletic approach to my training.

Each session is customized to your ability level, while pushing you to achieve your goals. Based on your feedback, we can adapt your training regimen to achieve the best results.

It's hard to say: graduating from Dartmouth, winning the Ivy League Championship, starting my own business, and being the Golden Glove Champion.

MY SPORTS
history
My first sport was karate at age six - the goal was to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, which unfortunately never panned out. Growing up, I also played basketball, wrestling, football, and track. At Dartmouth, I ran the 110 meter hurdles and was the receiver for the football team.
Lastly, I started boxing four years ago, working with coach Terrance Wood.
