My passion lies in helping people live their best lives. I love guiding my clients through their fitness journey, almost as much as I love working out myself.
As a Dartmouth graduate and former dual sport D-1 athlete, I work to bring a well-rounded athletic approach to my training.
My training style incorporates several aspects of sports performance. I genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals, and want to improve your overall health in the process.
Each session is customized to your ability level, while pushing you to achieve your goals. Based on your feedback, we can adapt your training regimen to achieve the best results.

It's hard to say: graduating from Dartmouth, winning the Ivy League Championship, starting my own business, and being the Golden Glove Champion.
My proudest moments are when I'm working towards being the best I am able to be.
My main goal is to become a Boxing World Champion.
I'm constantly working on improving myself, learning from others, and training with my coach.
My first sport was karate at age six - the goal was to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, which unfortunately never panned out. Growing up, I also played basketball, wrestling, football, and track. At Dartmouth, I ran the 110 meter hurdles and was the receiver for the football team.
Lastly, I started boxing four years ago, working with coach Terrance Wood.
